BRIEFING

The first step in the process is an analysis of your wishes, requirements and needs. After that, an agreement is made regarding the budget level, which includes both the design and building process.

PLANNING & CONCEPT

The second step is to create the best possible layout based on the initial analysis and requirements. The basic plan for the overall design is established and the conceptual floor plans are developed and discussed.

SELECTION OF MATERIALS

The third step is to select materials for the kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes, floors, walls, and ceiling decorations, as well as work with color schemes for the various rooms.

FURNISHING & TEXTILES

The fourth step is to develop a plan for the furnishing including new (and existing) furniture for each room. Wallpaper, mosaics, textiles, rugs and curtains are also chosen at this stage.

The final step is to coordinate the audio and visual systems so they match the furnishings and design, as well as develop an integration plan for creating both direct and soft lighting.

FINAL DRESSING

The final step is about going through everything and adding the final touches with details such as objects of art and design. Geco oversees every stage of the process, maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the client until the project is complete.
